Greenpool Capital is a fully integrated property investment, asset and development manager.

We specialise in retail and mixed-use property investment, management and development. To date Greenpool has over $700 million in assets under management across three Australian states.

We now employ over 26 people across our leadership, finance, leasing and onsite management staff, allowing us to actively manage our portfolio, synchronise our strategy and save costs.

We consider ourselves a property company first. Our investors partner with us due to our unwavering focus on generating the maximum value out of a centre through strategy, development and management expertise.
